Don't know.The frame is very pretty with accented flowers around the edge.This frame does have some rubs in color around.The back paper is starting to peel off.It measures 13 3/4" all around.The plate is dated 1987.It is numbered.This measures 8 1/2" all around.It comes with the certificate of authenticity which is a little creased.
