Description: Collectible 1930's DC-3 propeller driven airliner cast metal bank. The DC-3 was in operation from 1937 to 1952. This airplane bank features Pepsi-Cola advertising in red, white and blue with Pepsi Express written on the sides of the plane. The money slot is on the top of the plane just behind the cockpit, and the cover lifts up so money can be inserted. There is a cover on the money chamber on the belly of the plane that can be removed by inserting a screwdriver in the opening and twisting to the left or right. The wing span on the plane is 12-1/4" and it measures about 9" from the nose to the tail. It is in good condition.
