In excellent condition! It doesn't look like it was worn much at all!The rawhide ties keep the flaps up. You can undo the ties and the flaps come down to warm your ears and neck. There is velcro on the what I believe is the front of the hat. I measured around the edge of the hat and it is 25.5 inches.Can be worn by men or women.
