Description: Vintage Pad of order forms from the Hi-Land Dairy in Murray, Utah.From 1950s-1960s. The pad of order forms has 43 slips on it. It is in excellent condition with virtually no discoloration, no rips or tears. Measures 2 3/8" x 7 1/4". See Pictures for full details and description. This is a rare item - I could not find other item or information on this Dairy other than it was torn down in 1992. This belonged to my family - as we lived in Utah.
