You can tell it's quality once you get your hands on it with all the covered buttons, tons of them, and hidden snaps at the collar and the waist. The back waist has a wide elasticized band so that it has a flex fit. The shoulder pads are thin instead of the really thick ones making it much easier to wear or you can remove them if you don't like them.
