Description: This copy is good shape, except for a small rectangular advertisement that’s been cut out, on the inside, but the spine is battered, and the back cover is missing. The fiction inside is fantastic, and so are the advertisements, fashions, and articles. There’s quite a disturbingly cheery article about Mussolini, and an interesting take on the presidential elections. The issue shows the 1920s becoming the 1930s-you can see what people, what topics, and what events will form the 30s as we know them now. I loved reading a mention of Eleanor Roosevelt that showed how she was seen early on.
