Lower half of classic chicago schwinn frame from the 60s-70s. Schwinn downtube shifters. No crank or rear derailleur. Was used for demonstrating positron or friction shifting and schwinns own line of rear derailleurs. Has some rust all over, some spots have been test cleaned. Should clean up. Original grab on foam grip. Missing one rubber boot on display stand. Stand and frame are welded one piece.
