Description: This Williams model 702 "Engineer's" or machinery wrench / lathe wrench is in excellent used condition. 70 - 80 percent of the original "Japanned" or black painted finish is still present, even on the fastener gripping surfaces inside the jaws. This wrench dates from the late 1920s to early 1940s - definitely no later than WWII vintage. It appears to be a lightly used wrench. Other than the wear on the finish, the only imperfections I see are a single circular scratch on the "9/16" stamped side of the head and a straight scratch on the handle on the same side of the wrench just a little less than half way down the handle from the head. Both are minor and are pretty typical wear marks and both are visible in the photos. I took lots of photos from various angles so you can see exactly what you are bidding on. Please examine all the photos. I think you'll agree that this wrench is in really nice shape. I typically ship within one day of payment. If payment is made before 10:00 AM Pacific time, your purchase will usually ship the same day unless it's the weekend, in which case it will ship on Monday. If you have any questions, please ask. I will do my best to answer as quickly as possible. If you would like this shipped some way other than USPS Ground Select, please let me know before bidding so I can add the shipping method of your choice. Thanks.
