No tears, writings on the pages. Very little in edge "chipping" or "thumbing" creases. Top, left corner of the cover shows some "tears/nibbles". Not many. The staples are nice, no rust. Inside of the front/back cover, the pictures are shades of red. Inside pages have nice colors with some darkening due to age. Well stored!
