Description: This listing is for a vintage Excelsiors hammered metal silver/gray locking metal file/bank box in solid vintage condition with moderate wear throughout including cosmetic and physical wear (scuffs, small dints, scratches, small amount of rust on bottom, at handle, and around lip of bottom rim). This box is still in sturdy, usable and reasonably attractive condition, it does not come with a key but does latch closed securely for carrying closed by the handle. It measures 12 1/2" wide, 10 3/8" tall, and 5 1/2" wide with the Excelsior branding on the spring release lock, Stamford, Conn. USA. Please see all photos for condition.
