Description: Small white apron decorated with fruit appliques and red trim. Apron itself appears to be machine-sewn at home. Fruit appliques -- pear, apple and peach -- have been machine sewn with hand embroidered details. Apron measures about 33 inches wide and 18 inches deep. Each sash is about 25 inches long (they are not identical lengths). The white sash material is a different fabric than the white apron background material. Both appear to be cotton based. View last photo to see some printing type which appears to have offset onto the apron in two places (or perhaps the apron fabric is a used feedsack or similar material). Apron is clean and without stains, but there are some loose threads. A simple but charming vintage piece.
