RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC BOARDS: If the board is listed as New or Open Box and it is returned in its original packaging and has not been installed, a full refund will be given. We test and make sure our used boards are fully functional before listing them for sale. Please, have your appliance diagnosed by a professional technician before installing a board. Installing a board without a proper diagnosis or professional experience have resulted in boards being damaged (short circuited, static strap not worn, etc) and then a claim is submitted as the board being “defective or not working” when in reality there were other issues with the appliance. All boards to be returned will be tested and inspected. If the board is not found defective as claimed, or damaged due to misused or incorrect installation an up to 50% deduction of the full refund will apply. We recommend all buyers to read and understand the return policy above to avoid dissatisfaction due to deductions. We take pictures of every item BEFORE shipping it out.
