Left sleeve is missing one button, but three extra buttons are on the inside of the coat, so it will just take a little sewing! See photos. There is also a slight, dark discoloration inside the jacket below the tag by the neck. See photos. Tag says size 6, but the modern fit for this is probably an XXS/XS.
