It is perfect for anyone interested in classic literature, and would be an excellent addition to any bookshelf! The condition is Good, with a clean interior showing that appears to be completely free of any markings, soiling, rips, tears, creases, foxing, tanning, etc. The pages remain bright white pages with sharp corners, even after this many years. The burgundy red cloth bound cover still has sharp corners and bright, vibrant gold gilt text and detailing stamped onto the front cover. The bottom right corner of the front cover shows a splotch of discoloration, possibly from a spill. This flaw does did not reach the interior pages, leaving them completely unaffected. The spine of the book has a title that is now quite faded and hard to read, although the binding remains in excellent condition and is tight, sound, and securely holding all of the pages in their proper place. This lovely antiquarian book is a must-read for all book collectors and lovers of poetry!
