Description: This WW2 era German Map is from a large collection of WW2 maps that I have recently acquired, eleven of which were said to have come from Lubeck Airfield in Germany. Following its capture at the end of WW2 the RAF used the airfield as a base, and it is probably during this initial acquisition that these maps were taken. They all relate to various areas in Britain. The map listed here (dated 12.39 in the bottom right hand corner) is titled HAWICK and features a magnetic North date for 1938. It's in fantastic condition and measures 89cm x 72cm. Please see my other WW2 (and WW1) maps, along with many other items from these periods. PLEASE NOTE - Following BREXIT, some items exported from the UK to EU countries may now incur import tariffs on arrival. This depends on the overall value of the item (or items) contained within the package. UK sellers are now required to display these details in the form of a Customs Declaration attached to the outside of the package. Such matters are beyond my control as the process is administered by the Customs Department of the destination country.
