Belt is in tact and in solid condition. The loop that holds the excess belt from flapping is detached. Carrying case zipper is broken and will need to be replaced (this is a pretty common occurrence for this case considering the machete that would've been stored in it during wartime), but integrity is good just needs zipper replaced. Case has an inner pocket where the book and honing stone have been stored (you can see from the outside of the case an outline of the honing stone - see pictures 2 and 3).
